Champion Aerospace's obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of, or at Champion Aerospace option, the return of the purchase price of any product returned to Champion Aerospace, or its designated representative (at customer’s expense) within one (1) year from the date of purchase and which, upon inspection by Champion Aerospace, is found to be defective in material or workmanship. Champion Aerospace shall not be responsible for the cost of labor removing any defective product or installing any replacement product.

THE AFORESAID WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Note: All service tools and test equipment bearing the Champion Aerospace-brand logo are distributed by Kell-Strom Tool Company, Inc., under license from Champion Aerospace, all claims in connection with such products should be referred to Kell-Strom Tool Company, Inc., 214 Church Street, Wethersfield, CT 06109.

HARNESSES

LIMITED WARRANTY: Champion Aerospace, warrants its harness products against defects in material and workmanship, excluding product subjected to negligence, accident, improper storage, improper installation or maintenance, or operation beyond normal or recommended replacement intervals or wear limits. This warranty is limited to the replacement of, or at Champion Aerospace option, the purchase price refund of product that is returned to Champion Aerospace, or its designated representative (at customer’s expense) within two (2) years from the date of purchase, and which is found defective in material or workmanship. Champion Aerospace, is not responsible for the cost of labor removing or installing any product. In no event shall Champion Aerospace be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or in tort (including negligence) nor shall Champion Aerospace’s liability for any claims or damage arising out of or connected with the manufacture, sale, delivery or use of any products exceed the purchase price of the product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
